Dear TMS user,

Please note that TMS (prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 12.00 today, Tuesday, 15 October 2024. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following new features and updates have been implemented:

NEW DESIGN – professional transfers and loans

All international professional transfers and loans display the new, modern TMS design and are now aligned with the design already used for amateur transfers. The processes remain the same, with the exception of the three altered functions described below.

UPDATE – matching proof of payment

The new club is now only able to upload proof of payments matching the previously declared instalments in a transfer. The payment instalments appear under the “Proof of payment” tab.

If the proof of payment does not match an instalment, the new club needs to first amend the payment details as described below.

NEW – payment term amendments

Since 1 July 2024, clubs must declare in TMS any amendments to previously agreed club-to-club payment terms for all international transfers. The process has been simplified, with club users now able to submit these amendments directly in TMS, even after a transfer has been completed.

Note: payment amendments are not available for transfers created before 16November 2022 or for transfers completed on or after 16 November 2022 in which there is a discrepancy between the payment details entered in the instruction and the already uploaded proof(s) of payment. Please follow the steps that are relevant to your situation in the Help Centre.

NEW – declaring agent information

Clubs must now declare agent information before confirming a transfer. If clubs indicate that an agent is representing the club/the player, they will be prompted to enter the FIFA-licensed agent’s information, as well as payment details, and to upload the relevant representation agreement(s) before confirming a transfer.

Note: all transfers for which the status is currently “Awaiting agent information” were changed to “Pending”, prompting club users to complete the required information and confirm the transfer as applicable.

In addition, all agent information declared prior to 1 October 2024 are merged into the transfer summary, in line with the new design.
