Dear TMS user, C&P Manager,
We wish to inform you of an important regulatory change in force since 1 January 2026, introducing a threshold in article 12, paragraph 4 of the FIFA Clearing House Regulations:
"Entitlements to training rewards of an amount lower than EUR 100 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be considered discarded and will not be included in an Allocation Statement."
This amendment aims to streamline operations and process payments even more swiftly. It was approved by the FIFA Council in December 2025 and communicated to Member Associations via the Circular letter no. 1955.
Please note that AS generated before 1 January 2026 are not affected by this change and are processed at the FIFA Clearing House.
