Please note that TMS (https://prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 10.20 on Tuesday, 20 June 2023. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following updates have been implemented:

NEW – Clubs’ bank details visible to all stakeholders

Clubs’ bank details are now visible to all stakeholders in TMS.

UPDATE – Document size limit increased to 10 MB

TMS now accepts documents of up to 10 MB in size (previously the limit was 5 MB).

UPCOMING – New email address for official communications from the TMS Helpdesk

As of 1 July 2023, the TMS Helpdesk will send all service-related communications from a new email address: NOREPLY@tms.fifa.org. Service-related communications include (but are not limited to): release notes, system offline notifications, service interruptions, newsletters and other announcements related to FIFA regulations and their application in TMS.

The email address NOREPLY@tms.fifa.org cannot receive emails. Therefore, if you would like to contact the TMS Helpdesk, please continue to send your enquiries to TMSHelpdesk@fifa.org.
