Please note that TMS (https://prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 12.2 today, Tuesday, 10 December 2024. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following updates have been implemented:
NEW - NRS and TMS club synchronisation for C&P managers and training categories
The club synchronisation between TMS and your National Registration System (NRS) has been expanded to include Compliance and Payment Managers (C&P managers) and training categories. From now on, when changes are made to these fields in your NRS, they will be automatically updated in TMS via Connect ID. This update applies only to associations that have made the requested technical changes to their NRS outlined in our previous communication of 19 November 2024.
If the requested changes have not yet been made to your NRS, please provide the technical instructions to your NRS development team. In the meantime, kindly ensure that any changes to your C&P manager’s name and email address and your training categories are manually updated in TMS.
With the release of TMS version 12.0, transfers that involved club-to-club payments required users to declare payment instalments even in cases where the fixed transfer fees and/or conditional transfer fees were zero. With the upgrade to version 12.2, the declaration of payment instalments is required only for transfers where the total amount for the relevant payment type is greater than zero.
