Release Note - TMS 12.8

Dear TMS user,

Please note that TMS (prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 12.8 today, Tuesday, 7 October 2025. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following new features and updates have been implemented:

Training rewards: track your entitlements and payments

To provide further transparency on training rewards entitlements and payments, you are now able to see, search and download the list of Allocation Statements (AS) transactions (called ‘Payment Orders’) your organisation is involved in, and check their status directly in TMS. Visit the new PAYMENTS tab under ‘Player Passports’.

Please note that only AS processed via the new FIFA Clearing House Client Portal launched in August 2025 are listed in this overview. For further details on payment status, please check the Client Portal directly or contact the FIFA Clearing House.

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Overview of training reward payments.

FOR CLUB USERS

Club dashboard: delete payment reminders

To ensure a more efficient task management, you have now the ability to delete specific payment reminders from your Dashboard under the ‘Proof of payment’ section. This option is only available for transfers older than November 2024, where your club has already uploaded proofs of payment, but the amounts declared do not correspond to the instalments disclosed in the transfer. After checking and ensuring that all relevant proofs of payments are uploaded in TMS, you may proceed with deleting the reminder.

We kindly remind you that the obligation to upload proof of payments within 30 days from the date of the payment is important in view of its effects in the distribution of training rewards and failure to do so may result in administrative sanction and disciplinary procedures (cf. Annexe 3 to the  FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players).

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Notifications for clubs.

Agent fees: declare multiple agent service fees in transfers

When disclosing agent-related payments in a transfer, you are now able to declare several service fees within the same transfer, ensuring that all service fees are properly recorded in TMS.

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Declaring agent information.

FOR ASSOCIATION USERS

Player details: check and see player details updates

When assigning a player's FIFA ID during the player confirmation process, TMS now immediately displays the player's details synchronized from the corresponding National Registration System (NRS). As a former association, you can now check and review the player details before proceeding with the player confirmation.

Any player updates made during the player confirmation process by the former association are now recorded and clearly visible in the transfer history.

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Player confirmation.

Domestic transfer declarations: track proof of payment uploaded

To provide your Association with visibility of domestic payments, you can now filter domestic declarations by transfers where a proof of payment has already been uploaded (new filter called ‘uploaded proof of payment’).

If your Association has an automatic import of domestic declarations, this improvement enables your Association to verify the correct exchange of information between your National Registration System (NRS) and TMS. If your Association declares domestic transfers manually in TMS, this new filter enables you to identify missing proofs of payments and upload them accordingly.

We kindly remind you that in domestic transfers, as in international transfers, proof of each payment shall be imported or uploaded into TMS within 30 days of the date of the payment (cf. art. 11 of the FIFA Clearing House Regulations).

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Domestic transfer declaration.

Clubs’ logos: add and manage your affiliated clubs’ logo

For a better visibility of your affiliated clubs in TMS, you can now upload and/or replace official club logos directly in TMS by editing the club details under the Stakeholders tab. Please note that this functionality is optional, and your Association is responsible for managing it independently.

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Editing club details.

Thank you for taking note of this important information, which we hope has been helpful and clear. Should you have any questions, please contact the TMS Helpdesk at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org.
