New TMS Security Policy coming into effect on 1 November 2025

Dear TMS user,
To enhance the security of TMS and ensure that only authorized users retain access, a new policy will come into effect on 1 November 2025: TMS accounts not used for over 18 months may be deactivated.
What you should do?
1. Log into TMS regularly and before 1 November 2025 to avoid your account deactivation and to ensure compliance with your obligations, as per article 6, paragraph 2 of Annexe 3 to the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP).
2. Review active users in your organization under Stakeholders > Users and notify the TMS Helpdesk immediately if any accounts need to be deactivated or updated.
3. Be aware: if your organization’s TMS Manager or C&P Manager is deactivated under this policy, you may be appointed as the main contact with associated responsibilities.
