Official launch on 1 August 2025: FIFA Clearing House Client Portal

[Sent to all TMS users and C&P managers on 5 August 2025]

Dear TMS User / C&P Manager,

We would like to remind you of key regulatory changes that came into effect on 1 August 2025, as outlined in FIFA Circular no. 1937, issued on 31 July 2025.

As highlighted in FIFA’s July press release, the impact of the FIFA Clearing House (FCH) has already been significant:

Over USD 500 million has been allocated to 7,000 clubs worldwide, with USD 300 million paid out in training rewards. The remaining amounts are pending, subject to successful completion of the compliance assessment process.

The recent amendments to the FIFA Clearing House Regulations are aimed at improving the efficiency, security, and transparency of training reward payments via FCH.

A key element of this reform is the launch of the FIFA Clearing House Client Portal (‘Client Portal’), a secure online platform that facilitates onboarding, provides visibility on upcoming payments, and enables payment consolidation.

How to Ensure a Smooth Transition to the Client Portal?

1. Keep your contact details up to date

Make sure your C&P Manager in TMS is correctly appointed amongst your active users, as this contact is shared with the FCH to begin onboarding.

For clubs without TMS users, the C&P Manager's email address must be submitted by the Member Association through the club profile in TMS (or via NRS sync) within 15 days of FIFA's request. Failure to do so may result in sanctions for the Member Association.

⚠️Following the recent amendments, the Client Portal is now an official communication channel. Once onboarded, your C&P Manager can grant access to up to three users and your organisation is responsible to keep the list of users up to date on the Client Portal.

2. Accept your invitation to onboard

If your organisation is involved in a new Allocation Statement or must pass a Compliance Assessment following a failure, you will be invited by FCH to register on the Client Portal in due course.

  • Add notifications@fifaclearinghouse.org to your safe sender list.
  • Monitor all communications from FCH carefully through the end of the year.
  • Once invited, register on the Client Portal within 15 days to avoid escalations.

3. Complete the Compliance Assessment and get accredited

The entire onboarding and accreditation process is now managed directly through the Client Portal.

⚠️ If your organisation fails the compliance assessment, there is no need to contact FIFA for an early resubmission: log into the Client Portal to restart the process immediately or contact FCH, as your club is exposed to potential sanctions related to the compliance failure.

Once accepted as an FCH client, your organisation will now be accredited for multiple payments over a set period. You will be able to see the status of your pending payments and access payment documents directly on the Client Portal.

We are here to support you!

More information about the Client Portal is available on the FCH webpage.

We also invite you to join our webinar in September, where we will walk through the changes and answer your questions. Registration details will be shared soon, stay tuned!
