Dear TMS user, C&P Manager,
Continuing the education initiative launched with the 2025 webinar series, we are pleased to inform you that new FIFA Clearing House educational resources are now available.
Aligned with FIFA’s ongoing efforts to broaden guidance on Clearing House processes, a dedicated e-learning path and an expanded, publicly available Help Centre section have been launched to provide structured support to football stakeholders.
FIFA Clearing House e-learning
In addition to the e-learning about TMS and transfers, you have now also access to courses providing a foundation of the calculation of training rewards via the Electronic Player Passport (EPP) in TMS and distribution via the FIFA Clearing House.
What will you learn?
This new interactive and self-paced learning path is comprised of 3 courses, each taking approximately 30 minutes to complete:
Navigating Electronic Player Passports (EPPs) in TMS
Understanding the payment process via the FIFA Clearing House
Exploring Escalations to FIFA
Learn by watching tutorials, completing quizzes, and taking individual courses whenever you want!
Upon successful completion of the full learning path, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please note that some courses have also been included in the required learning path for prospective TMS users to receive the TMS training certificate.
The Help Centre offers in-depth regulatory and technical guidance available 24/7 to support you in your day-to-day activities. While access to the TMS Help Centre remains restricted to TMS users only, the expanded Clearing House section is now publicly available to support all football stakeholders (both TMS and non-TMS users).
What will you find?
You can freely navigate and search for information about the following topics, as well as find a library with the relevant Regulations and guidelines:
Training compensation and solidarity mechanism
Electronic Player Passport and Allocation Statement
Compliance assessment and payments via the FIFA Clearing House
Compliance and payment failures, and disciplinary proceedings
How to access the Help Centre?
If you have a TMS account, log in to TMS and click on "Help" at the top right. In addition to the existing content, you will now be able to find the new sections under "FIFA Clearing House".
