FIFA TMS 11.03 – release notes

Dear TMS user,

Please note that TMS (https://prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 11.03 today, Tuesday, 19 March 2024. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following new features and updates have been implemented:

NEW – FIFA Clearing House compliance and payment manager for non-participating clubs

Associations now have the option of adding the details of the FIFA Clearing House compliance and payment manager (FCH C&P manager) in the organisation profile for those clubs that have no active users. This enhancement ensures that the FCH entity always has a designated point of contact for payments.

You can find more information about this topic in the online Help Centre:

Stakeholders > Club details > Editing club details

UPDATE – Additional confirmation for limited minor exemption in amateur transfers

Associations that use a limited minor exemption to transfer a minor player are required to confirm that the player will be registered with a purely amateur club, in line with definition 25 in the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.

You can find more information about this topic in the online Help Centre:

International transfers > How to enter a permanent transfer in TMS > Engage an amateur player permanently

UPDATE – New fields in the user request form

To facilitate background checks, the user request form has been updated with two additional fields, namely “Display name” and “Nationality”.

You can find more information about this topic in the online Help Centre:

Getting started with TMS > User management > Adding new TMS users

UPDATE – Registration date cannot be in the past

The registration date entered manually when confirming receipt of an ITC or the registration in a transfer can no longer be in the past.

You can find more information about this topic in the online Help Centre:

International transfers > ITC process > Confirmation of ITC receipt

International transfers > ITC process > Confirm registration (without ITC)

UPDATE – Trial form

The trial form has been updated to better distinguish between the documents required for adult and minor players.

You can find more information about this topic in the online Help Centre:

Trials > How to declare trials in TMS

Thank you for taking note of this important information, which we hope has been helpful and clear. Should you have any questions, please contact the TMS Helpdesk at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org.

Kind regards,

TMS Helpdesk
