Dear TMS user,
Following the public launch in April 2026 of the FIFA Clearing House section within the TMS Help Centre, we are pleased to announce that access has now been expanded so that all Help Centre content is publicly available, giving football stakeholders access to the full range of regulatory, technical and support materials.
The Help Centre has also been redesigned to provide an enhanced user experience, while continuing to offer clear, structured answers in English, French and Spanish, available 24/7.
What can you find?
The Help Centre brings together everything you need in one place: a knowledge base with comprehensive regulatory and technical guidance, a document library with quick access to FIFA regulations, circulars and templates, an archive of TMS Helpdesk communications, and an expanded FAQ section addressing recurring support questions.
Can't find what you are looking for? You can submit an enquiry through the TMS Help Centre support requests form rather than by email for faster support.

What is coming next?
The TMS Help Centre will continue to expand to support you further. New content, including a dedicated football agents section and additional regulatory guidance, will follow soon.
