Please note that TMS (prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 12.9 today, Tuesday, 25 November 2025. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following new features and updates have been implemented:
User deactivation for disaffiliated clubs
Upon disaffiliation of a club in your National Registration System (NRS), all related TMS users are now automatically deactivated in TMS, to ensure that only authorised users have access to TMS in line with the TMS Security Policy.
Please note that this applies to all Member Associations with an active club synchronization with TMS.
Should a club change its status in your NRS back to affiliated, the related users will not be re-activated automatically in TMS. In this case, the Member Association should contact the TMS Helpdesk to request the reactivation of users.
With the introduction of the new FIFA Clearing House Client Portal, the section “Bank details for training compensation and solidarity contribution only” has been removed from the club profile in TMS (Stakeholders > Clubs > View details > Bank details).
In fact, bank details related to training rewards are now requested exclusively during the onboarding process in the new Client Portal.
Please remember that your club must ensure that its bank details for transfer payments are valid and kept up to date in TMS.
