If applicable, the engaging club shall submit proof (the “waiver”) that a training club waived its right to receive training rewards during the EPP review process (when the EPP’s status is shown as “Review”). The EPP review process shall last fifteen days, and all waivers are subject to FIFA’s approval.

To submit a waiver, click on the three dots and select the relevant option.



The “Document upload – waiver” window will appear, in which you can upload the waiver. Click on “Save” to submit the waiver.



Once submitted, the waiver will appear under the relevant line in the electronic player passport. It is possible to edit the waiver by clicking on the three dots and selecting the relevant option.
