A training club may challenge the validity of the waiver (submitted by the new club) for the period during which the player was registered with the training club.
The EPP review process shall last fifteen days and all information is subject to FIFA’s approval.
To submit a challenge of a waiver, click on the three dots and select the relevant option.
The “Upload waiver challenge” window will appear, in which you can submit the challenge. Click on “Save” to submit the challenge.
Once submitted, the waiver challenge will appear under the relevant line in the EPP. The EPP’s status will continue to show as “Review” until the EPP review process is complete. The waiver challenge will be evaluated by the FIFA general secretariat during the process of validation and determination of the EPP. Where a matter of legal or factual complexity is identified by the FIFA general secretariat, the EPP may be referred to the DRC for decision.
