Prevention is better than cure. Always check TMS regularly and at least once a day so that you are aware of any matters requiring your attention. Through regular monitoring, you will be able to respond more quickly to ensure that you are complying with your obligations and thus avoid any breaches of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
Timeliness:
Always respond to any communication you receive from Regulatory Compliance promptly and by the deadline imposed. Because the ASP in particular is designed to be an efficient and rapid procedure, it is a process that relies on deadlines being strictly monitored and enforced. To reduce the risk of incurring a sanction, recipients of an ASP letter must make sure that they comply promptly and within the stipulated deadlines.
Responsiveness:
When parties are requested to correct certain non-compliant conduct in TMS, they are also requested to provide written confirmation that they have done so to Regulatory Compliance (Regulatory.Compliance@fifa.org).
