Review the request and deadline
If you are the respondent, or the former club in a solidarity contribution claim, FIFA may ask you to respond to the claimant’s second submission. The claim status will change to “Awaiting response to second submission from relevant parties”.
The status shows that you must take action and displays the deadline set by FIFA.
To provide your response, click “Provide information”.
The panel on the right displays FIFA’s request letter for your response to the second submission and the due date.
The document is also visible in the “Additional documents” section of the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
Upload and submit your response
To respond to the second submission, click “Provide information”.
You must then upload a document supporting the response to the second submission. You can upload multiple documents supporting the response. Once you have uploaded all necessary documents, click on “Submit”.
What happens after submission
If other parties must respond to the second submission, the status of the claim will remain the same: “Awaiting response to second submission from relevant parties”.
Only after the deadline has passed will the claim move to the next status. For more information about claim deadlines, see “Navigation in the claims module”.
