Providing additional documents
FIFA may request additional information about a minor application from either the new or former Member Association. In this case, the relevant Member Association will see an open task in the dashboard under the “Communications from FIFA” category. If you click on this category, the system will show the relevant minor application, as well as the request date and the response deadline.
To view the request letter uploaded by FIFA, click on “View details”.
You can also access the request letter from the “Minors” tab, where you will see the “Additional documents requested” icon under the corresponding minor application status. Click on “View details” to proceed.
Under the “Documents” tab, you will see the letter of request and the response deadline.
Once you have read the letter from FIFA and are ready to submit a complete response, click on “Submit response”.
You can upload multiple documents supporting the response. Once you have uploaded all necessary documents, click on “Submit”.
Note: After you submit the response, you can no longer change it or add documents.
The documents provided will appear under the letter of request.
In the “Minors” tab, the “Additional documents provided” icon will appear under the corresponding minor application.
At this stage, FIFA will review your response.
Note: Once the deadline has passed, it will no longer be possible to submit a response. In this case, FIFA will proceed to make a decision based only on the information initially provided.
Viewing information letters
FIFA may send you a letter related to a minor application that is for information only and does not require a response. In this case, an open task will appear in the dashboard under the “Communications from FIFA” category. If you click on this category, the system will show you the relevant minor application, as well as the date on which you received the most recent information letter.
You can also access the information letter from the “Minors” tab, where you will see the “Communication from FIFA” icon under the corresponding minor application status. Click on “View details” to proceed.
The information letter will appear under the “Documents” tab and will be highlighted in blue until it is downloaded. To view the information letter, click the document name.
