The Member Associations concerned are legally notified of the Players’ Status Chamber’s (“PSC”) decision through TMS. Notification is deemed complete when the decision is uploaded to TMS and is legally binding.
Once a minor application has been submitted and a decision has been taken by the PSC, the new Member Association will see a notification in the “Home” tab under “Applications decided upon”. You can view the decision by clicking “View details”.
The decision document is visible on the navigation panel.
The Member Association concerned can request the grounds for the decision, meaning the reasons why the application was accepted, rejected or found inadmissible, within ten days after notification. This period starts on the date the decision is uploaded to TMS.
To request the grounds of the decision, navigate to the “Minors” tab and click “Request grounds” for the relevant minor application.
Once you are ready, click “Request grounds for decision”.
Upload a document explaining your request for the grounds of the decision, then click “Request grounds for decision”.
Cancelling a request for grounds
If necessary, the request for grounds can be cancelled before the grounds are provided. To do so, click “Cancel request”.
Once you are ready, click “Cancel request for grounds”.
Viewing the grounds of the decision
Once the grounds of the decision have been provided, you will see a notification in the “Home” tab under “Grounds of decision provided”. You can view the decision by clicking on “View details”.
You will be directed to the “Minors” tab and can then click “View details” again to access the grounds of the decision.
Note: The dashboard notification will disappear once you click “View details”.
