If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the “Lost password” function.
Enter your registered email address along with the “code” displayed. If the code is too difficult to read, click on “Try a different image” and the system will provide you with a different code. When you are ready, click on “Submit”.
A confirmation message will inform you that a reset password link has been sent to your registered email address. If your email address is not recognised or no longer valid, please contact the TMS Helpdesk to update it.
You must then click on the link in order to be redirected to the system (https://prod.fifatms.com). The link is only valid for 24 hours. After that, you must reset your password again.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and create a new password and then click on “Continue” to access the system.
Enter the code received via SMS or email and click on “Confirm code”.
If you do not receive a code via your preferred method (email or phone), click on “Did you not receive a code?”
A new window will pop up with additional information on how to proceed. You can choose the option “Click here to receive a new code” in order to receive the code via the currently registered method.
If your two-step verification method involves receiving the code via SMS and you are unable to receive it, you can choose the option “Please click here to receive a one-time code via email”.
A verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your TMS account.

If you are unable to reset your password using the “Lost password” function, you should send an email to the TMS Helpdesk (tmshelpdesk@fifa.org), indicating your first name, last name and the organisation you belong to in order for your password to be reset.
