Once an EPP has been generated, it is considered to be provisional for at least ten days, and it will appear in TMS with the status “Pending”. During this time, all TMS stakeholders may inspect this provisional EPP for accuracy.
The parties listed in the provisional EPP are automatically considered to be participants in the said EPP review process. All participants will receive a notification in TMS informing them that an EPP has been generated.
Associations which are not already participating in the EPP review process may request to participate if:
- the association believes that registration information is missing from the EPP; or
- an affiliated club informs the association that registration information is missing from the EPP.
An association may submit its request to participate in the EPP review process only when the EPP’s status is shown as “Pending”.
All requests to participate in the EPP review process are subject to FIFA’s approval. If the request to participate is approved, the association will be able to provide the additional registration information during the EPP review process (when the EPP’s status is shown as “Review”).
To request to participate in an EPP review process, the status of the EPP must be “Pending” and the association must click on “Request involvement”.
To submit the request, click on “Confirm”.
Once the request has been submitted, the “Request involvement” button will no longer be available for selection, and the EPP’s status will be shown as “Pending” for ten days after the EPP has been generated.
Once you click on the notification, the EPPs for review will be shown together with the notification text.
