FIFA TMS 13.02 – release notes

29 Sep 2026

Dear TMS user,

Please note that TMS (prod.fifatms.com) was upgraded to version 13.02 today, Tuesday, 29 September 2026. In our continued efforts to support you and provide efficiency through TMS, the following updates have been implemented.

New PDF transfer reports

The PDF transfer reports have a new design and structure, and are now also available for amateur transfers. Among the main changes, transfer agreement details and the player's status with the former club are now included, football agent information appears in a dedicated section, and bank details are no longer displayed.

You can find more information in our online Help Centre: System functionalities.

Clearing House Payments: improved visibility

To provide a more complete overview, club and association users can now see payment orders where entitlement to training rewards was discarded in the 'Payments' tab under 'Player Passports'. These payment orders appear once the Allocation Statement has been notified to the parties, with the applicable status 'Discarded (under €100)' or 'No entitlement to MA'.

You can find more information in our online Help Centre: Overview of training reward payments.

Association Task Manager: new filters and navigation

Association users can now search and filter through their Association Task Manager notifications related to transfers, training rewards, and minors.

Furthermore, when opening an EPP notification related to an update in the registration information, association users are now taken directly to the relevant registration, to identify the change faster.

Please note that this applies to notifications generated from this release onwards. Older notifications still open the EPP details page.

You can find more guidance in our online Help Centre: Association Task Manager and notifications.

Minor applications: requirement updates

When creating a minor application for a first registration or an international transfer, the new association is now asked to confirm whether the new club is purely amateur if one of the following exceptions is selected: ‘Humanitarian reasons with or without parents’ or ‘Exchange student undertaking an academic programme abroad’.

Additionally, the list of mandatory documents required for each exception has been updated to reflect the most recent Guide to Submitting a Minor Application.

We thank you for taking note of these changes. Should you have any questions, please contact us at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org.

Kind regards,

TMS Helpdesk
