Documents are an integral part of processing transfers, minor applications, EPPs and claims in TMS. Only PDF files can be uploaded, and each file must be no larger than 10 MB.
Why can I only upload PDF documents?
PDF is a standard, widely supported file type. Restricting uploads to PDF files also reduces compatibility and security risks.
Why does the system only accept documents up to 10 MB in size?
The limit protects system performance and helps documents upload reliably.
What happens if I do not meet these requirements?

What can I do if my document is too big to upload?
Divide the document into sections and create a separate PDF file for each section. TMS only limits the size of individual documents, but you can upload as many correctly sized documents as you like.
